We at Hawthorne Hill Herbs believe that using plant based medicaments is a gift to humanity and also a birthright given so that we may have the ability to heal and nourish ourselves sustainably and self-sufficiently. All cultures on Earth, from the beginning of time until the present, have used whole plants for healing, but we cannot recommend use of our products because none of them have been evaluted by the fda. We in no way intend to prescribe, diagnose, treat or prevent any illness. The information on this site is meant only in the context of historical usage or based on personal experience and in complement to our knowledge and study of current research.

Privacy

We at Hawthorne Hill Herbs adhere to the highest standards of privacy for our customers and pledge to never sell, trade, rent or give away personal or business information that  our patrons may  share with us. Any information that is given to us is used only to process your order or fufill requests. 

Shipping and Returns

We ship all orders by USPS priority mail unless other arrangements are made individually. All priority mail orders will be based on our shipping chart unless your order is unusually heavy or light.

We aim to provide a quality product and want our customers  to be happy so we ask that if you are dissatisfied with your order when it arrives and would like to return it please contact us within 30 business days and we will discuss making an exchange, credit or refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If for some reason something is broken in transit please contact us within 24 hrs.
